"Delightfully elegant and complex on the nose with white flesh stone fruit, fig, lemon peel, vanilla and hazelnut aromas, it's concentrated and refined in the mouth displaying excellent weight and expansive mouth feel. Wonderfully harmonious and structured with layers of delectable flavours and textures". At it's best : now to 2031. $35

"Comes from the Yea Valley on the Goulburn River in Victoria. This is a light bodied chardonnay displaying beautifully complex fruit character on the nose and palate. Merges light stone fruit with cashew and brioche overlaying the citrussy lemon pith characters. Seamless integration of oak works harmoniously into the palate. A fine crisp acidity adds to its delicacy and purity". Cellar : six years.

"From the Upper Goulburn region, this is an impressive Chardonnay. A gleaming yellow / gold in colour, this is still quite youthful with notes of stonefruit, cashews, quality oak which is still in the process of integrating and a minerally backing. Appealing citrus notes. An attractive style with power and focus. No shrinking violet. Good ripeness here, with balance. Still very young and there is some improving to happen here". Drink now to six years
