Tasting Notes
The 2019 Estate Syrah offers perfume notes of mulberries and toasty oak. On the palate flavours of red berries and savoury spice integrate with oak characteristics.
The 2018 Estate Syrah offers perfume notes of lifted spices and blueberries. On the palate, red berries integrate beautifully with mixed spice.
The 2019 and 2018 Estate Merlot displays aromatics of plum and spicy oak. The palate offers balanced flavours of red plums, savoury black olive and warm spiced oak.
Vinification
The Estate Syrah shiraz grapes are handpicked, de-stemmed and crushed into open-top fermenters. The wine is then gently pressed and matured in French oak barriques for 18 months.

Delivery
Free delivery for orders over $150. A flat $15 delivery fee will apply for orders under $150.
Additional delivery charges will apply if you are in remote regions of Australia.
Deliveries are made via Australia Post. Standard delivery times to all major cities is approximately 4-5 business days.
Vineyard
22 ACRES OF MATURE VINES
Gioiello Estate's vineyard is located within the Yea Valley on the Goulburn River, on the lower reaches of 651 metre high Mt Concord. Our 22 acres of mature vines were planted on north facing slopes between 1987 and 1992.
