Shipping policy

Free delivery for orders over the value of $200.00. 

A flat $15 delivery fee will apply for orders under $200.00

Additional delivery charges will apply if you are in remote regions of Australia.

Deliveries are made via Aramex as our first choice of courier.

Australia Post will only be used in areas Aramex do not deliver to.

Standard delivery times to all major cities is approximately 4-5 business days.

All orders are despatched within 48 hours. If you have not received an order within the approximated time frame, please notify us by email at: info@gioiello.com.au

Please note: Gioiello Estate is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Gioiello Estate is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our delivery subsidiaries.
