Tasting Notes
Our 2024 Running Creek Pinot Noir offers aromas of spice and cherries. On the palate notes of rhubarb, cherry and mixed spices are in harmony with fine tannins.
Vinification
This parcel of old vine Pinot Noir grapes was hand-selected and gently destemmed without crushing into open-top fermenters. Ferments started wild and were then hand plunged. The skins were gently pressed and the wine racked to French barriques for maturation on less with minimal handling.

2024 Vintage
Our 2024 vintage saw stable and warm conditions. This parcel of fruit was harvested on the 21st of February and delivered gorgeous aromas and flavours.

Vineyard
22 ACRES OF MATURE VINES
Gioiello Estate's vineyard is located within the Yea Valley on the Goulburn River, on the lower reaches of 651 metre high Mt Concord. Our 22 acres of mature vines were planted on north facing slopes between 1987 and 1992.
