Tasting the 2018 Old Hill Chardonnay
I opened the 2018 Old Hill Chardonnay Friday night to match a fish dish I was cooking - some wine for the pan and a glass for me. On opening the perfume was gorgeous and reminiscent of our time in Burgundy many years ago - oh to be in France now! This chardonnay is heaven for me - light citrus and brioche integrated with oak and a lovely mouth feel. A holiday in a glass!
