Vinification
The 2024 and 2023 Chardonnay grapes were hand-picked and fermented in French oak barriques using wild yeast and left to mature on lees for 8 months.
The 2022, 2021, 2020 & 2019 Pinot Noir. Abel and Pommard clones of Pinot Noir grapes were hand-selected and gently destemmed without crushing into open-top fermenters. The skins were gently pressed and the wine racked to French barriques for maturation on lees with minimal handling.
