Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Tasting Notes
This wine displays good varietal characteristics with bright cassis flavours, spiced oak with a touch of dried herbs for balance. The mouthfeel is framed by fine grainy tannins and good length.
Vinification
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are handpicked, de-stemmed and crushed into open-top fermenters. The wine is then gently pressed and matured in French oak barriques for 18 months.

2014 Vintage
The 2014 growing season saw mild and warm conditions allowing for even ripening and a slightly earlier harvest. The vintage proved to be a low yielding crop year which resulted in high quality and flavour concentrated grapes.

Free delivery for orders over $150. A flat $15 delivery fee will apply for orders under $150.

Deliveries are made via Australia Post. Standard delivery times to all major cities is approximately 4-5 business days.
Vineyard
22 ACRES OF MATURE VINES
Gioiello Estate's vineyard is located within the Yea Valley on the Goulburn River, on the lower reaches of 651 metre high Mt Concord. Our 22 acres of mature vines were planted on north facing slopes between 1987 and 1992.
